They will be involved with making/process technologies.</p><p>The Lima site is home to Heavy Duty Liquid (HDL), Soluble Unit Dose (SUD), Fabric Softener (LFE) and Perfumes business.  The Lima site is the biggest production site in P&G and continues to expand with bringing Beads Business to the site.  Lima is a highly automated production site, and we continue to leverage robotic technology to drive productivity. </p><p>The PC&IS Technical Engineer is a key enabler in leading and delivering results against the challenges with all this technology.</p><p>Important Responsibilities:</p><p>PC&IS leadership of on-going business, savings projects, and key initiatives. Developing technical PC&IS solutions that address evolving business needs. Applying Loss elimination methodology to improve the process and develop new improvement areas. Managing PC&IS Technicians priorities and build capability to become experts in their technologies.  Manage obsolescence and develop masterplan for continues improvement and strategies to meet P&G PC&IS Safety/Platform Standards. Contribute both in Lima and network with Cincinnati to build technical capability and to ensure initiative success.</p><p>Need for Cybersecurity and Data Mining resources continues to increase. This role also has opportunities in the field of Cyber Security and Data Analysis. Establishing new strategies on connectivity of equipment and leveraging existing data within Alexandria and external systems such as Team Center (Spider), Enovia, SAP, Data Lakes, and other internally based applications.</p><p>As this platform is new to the world, some additional key responsibilities include leadership, team collaboration, communication, innovation and documentation skills.
