We were on a group tour of the city and sadly we only had enough time to visit the gift shop. The outside architecture is beautiful and I was able to find a few Christmas ornaments which I purchased. Full review by Banjer7

The place is full of staffs and security that are plain rude to paying visitors. Not cheap, prices charged to get in. Not recommended. Full review by Franci1-s
Yes. For guided and virtual visits you need to book at least two weeks in advance, however we advise booking well in advance as we can get very busy...
