The French government has supported a US proposal to allocate $50 billion to Ukraine using frozen Russian assets, announces French Minister for the Economy and Finances Bruno Le Maire. The United States does not support or encourage Ukraine to use Western-provided weapons for strikes outside Ukrainian territory. However, Ukraine can independently make decisions on how to effectively use these weapons.
